Launched in Francfort in 1985, the first generation of BMW M3 (E30) introduce a new vision in the « fast car business ». Sold to the public with the sole mission to homologate it in competition the car was supposed to be limited at 5000 units. A total of 18 000 units later, a legend was born, both on road, in rally stages and on track.

On racetrack, the M3 gathered countless victories, podiums and championship against the toughest competition from the tight streets of Macau to the hills of Spa via the DTM, ETCC and even the French Super Tourisme !

This specific example, configured in the 2.3 liter version, is a state of the art build. Created to be competitive in all the historical events such as the Belcar Historic Cup, YTCC, HTCC or DTM Classic, the car received the maximum attention, all the top specs parts and was fine tuned by Gipimotor.

With only a race week end on the engine and rear axle, this ready to race Bavarian beast is the weapon of choice for any historic racing series.
