The evolution of Aston is seen right from the off, with an A3, DB2, and DB11 being driven down a windy Welsh road by Aston Martin Racing’s World Endurance Championship drivers Darren Turner and Nicki Thiim and Aston Martin Chief Engineer Matt Backer. Over the next six and a half minutes, we watch as they take some of Aston Martin’s most loved models out for a tour of their new ‘warehouse’ — from a competitive powerslide in the V8-powered Vantages and Virage to a Bond car showdown with the DB5 and DB10 to an homage to racing with the DBR1, V8 Vantage GT3, and the Gulf-liveried LMP1 (DBR1-2). After teasing the diminutive Cygnet with the One-77 and Vulcan, the mischievous trio finds three cars under covers and, of course, they’re tempted to take a sneak peek, uncovering the Aston Martin Red Bull RB 001 and the DBX Concept. But just as they’re about the reveal a third car, they hear the roar of Aston Martin President and CEO Andy Palmer’s blue Vanquish S and sneak out unseen, much to the security guards’ dismay...
