Chassis AR1495085221 was supplied new to Germany on the 8th of August 1961. The car was acquired by its first UK owner, based in Kent, in 1969, it then passed through 2 further UK owners before being bought by a collector based in Norfolk who retained the car before selling it to its 5th UK owner in 1998. When our client purchased the car it was in a tired state, but he saw the potential that it had. Between 2016 and 2019 the car was taken back to bare metal, all filler was replaced with metal at a massive cost to our client by a professional Porsche restorer, the car was painted in its blue paintwork which is in fantastic condition, new bumpers were sourced from Belgium.

Prior to us consigning the car, our client sent the Giulietta Spider to the leading UK Alfa Romeo specialist Ian Ellis Classic Alfas, the car was completely inspected and anything that needed to be replaced or adjusted was done, the total cost came to just over £12,000, making this example as fresh from a service as one could be, with no advisory notes or work required.

The car has a complete history file, showing the level of expense each owner has put into the car, the car is also complete with its 1962 registration document book and a hand-full of MOT statements.
